With a footprint of less than 70m², the cottage can be built without a building permit, requiring only a notification.

The interior is decorated in a light shade of natural wood with graphite accents. Large windows allow for ample natural light and open views of the surroundings, emphasizing the closeness of nature. The combination of wood, glass, and metal gives the entire home a modern character while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.

In addition to the standard furnishings, the cottage can be expanded with additional features, such as a 27m² larch terrace, glazed or solid doors in the gable wall, furniture, and appliances.
