GORAN

Goran Sp. z o.o., as part of funding from the Social Insurance Fund, is implementing the project "Project on maintaining the ability to work throughout the entire period of professional activity."

The main objective of the project is to improve occupational health and safety in the following positions: carpenter’s assistant and construction/renovation worker.

Measure 1 aims to improve the safety of work at heights for construction/renovation worker positions. Occupational Risk Assessments (OSAs) have demonstrated the need to implement measures to reduce the risks associated with working at heights.

Measure 2 aims to reduce the strain on the musculoskeletal system. The Occupational Risk Assessment and the Musculoskeletal Strain Assessment have demonstrated the need to implement measures to reduce the strain on the musculoskeletal system by reducing energy expenditure.

The planned measures to reduce the strain on the musculoskeletal system for the carpenter’s assistant position, i.e., the purchase of a BASIC TRUCK 25 PLUS electric lift truck and a BASIC TRUCK 33 PLUS electric lift truck, will reduce the strain on the musculoskeletal system from very heavy to moderately heavy. After the project is completed, measurements of the load on the musculoskeletal system will be carried out and the Occupational Risk Assessment will be updated.

The company is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds from the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Measure 1.1. R&D Projects of Enterprises, Sub-Measure 1.1.1. Industrial Research and Development Works by Enterprises, entitled “Built-in Window Air Inlet Enables Intake Air Filtration and Automatic Adjustment of Air Flow Rate Based on Indoor Air Quality.”

Project Objective: The project aims to develop and develop a fresh air supply system integrated into wooden and wood-aluminum window frames.
Planned Results: Development of a flow system for the air inlet in the window frame that allows for achieving the fresh air flow rates required by building regulations, and research into the feasibility of integrating additional components into the system, such as filters, soundproofing mats, a heat exchanger for heat loss recovery, a forced air fan for regulating air flow rates, and electronic components enabling the system’s integration with smart home control systems and enabling the regulation of indoor thermal comfort.
